Attention CB Programs Customers.
On April 18th, all domain names that point to any server at CB Programs need to be updated with new IP addresses to ensure that users can access your website. It is necessary that your Domain Name Services (DNS) settings are up to date by April 17th.
How Do I Know If This Effects Our Site?
For most customers, we will handle the changes for you. You will need to do nothing more than update your FTP information. If you update your own website using an FTP program such as Dreamweaver, FileZilla or Adobe Contribute, those instructions will be sent on April 17th.
However , if you handle your own DNS, you will need to change the IP address. To find out if you need to make any Domain Name Services (DNS) changes please click on the INSTRUCTIONS link below.
